Dues are $115 a quarter ($460 yearly). To avoid a late fee, dues must be paid before the completion of a quarter to avoid any late fees. 

Dues can be paid on Pay HOA or via check. Check should be made out to Pembrooke HOA and dropped in the mailbox by the pool. 

Please include your lot number on the check. Paying through Pay HOA allows for more timely posting to your account. Checks dropped in the mailbox can be delayed by a few weeks.  

Any changes to your home including but not limited to, exterior paint changes, new fencing/roof, additions, etc. must be approved by the architectural committee. Please submit requests through Pay HOA. You should see a "requests" tab at the top of your Pay HOA account. If you cannot locate this, feel free to submit a request to pembrookehoa84@gmail.com
